Quality issues in an HVAC service job include: whether the servicer came at the appointment time (or within the appointment window), whether the repair or installation was neat and clean, both within the customer’s home and with regard to the installation, and whether the system worked as required after repair or installation.
To measure these items, Comfortable Air requires its repair personnel to use a QMform with the following elements: Timer that keeps track of arrival and time on the job, pictures of the work site, measurement of ambient temperature after completion, audio recording of interview with customer and a customer signature on the “customer satisfaction survey” part of the form.
