Landscape installation inspection.

Cable service providers install coaxial and other wiring as well as other equipment in residences and business. In addition, the installation of cable service often requires buried cable across a customer’s property.
Quality issues in a cable installation include: whether the installer came at the appointment time (or within the appointment window), whether the installer was neat and clean, both within the customer’s home and with regard to the installation, and whether the electrical connections were made correctly.
To measure these items, Associated Cable requires its installers – both employees and contractors – to use a QMForm with the following elements: Timer that keeps track of arrival and time on the job, pictures of the work site, including any installed outlets and wiring, audio recording of interview with customer and a customer signature on the “customer satisfaction survey” part of the form.
