Workplace Safety Inspection

Workplace safety issues affect a wide variety of workplaces, including assembly plants, construction sites and service facilities.

Quality issues in work place safety include: adherence to federal, state and local safety regulations, elimination or mitigation of hazards and employee understanding of appropriate safety procedures.

To measure these items, Assembly Inc. requires its employees to use a QMform with the following elements: Timer that keeps track of arrival and time on the job, pictures of the work site, including any installed outlets and wiring, audio recording of interview with customer and a customer signature on the “customer satisfaction survey” part of the form.
